CIBESMED Med-Box
Med-Boxes, are isothermal and rigid, they are used as tertiary packaging for the transport of category B (UN3373) biological samples in accordance with European and international standards and guidelines for the transport of infectious substances (ADR/P650 – who – ISO 15189), Med-boxes have been specially developed to meet the requirements of home sampling.

Main specifications:

• Certified as tertiary packagings according to P650 packing instructions of Class 6.2 of ADR
• They are also known as UN3373. Watertight boxes – tests conducted by an organisation approved by national and international authorities in the field of transport of dangerous goods
• Med-boxes comply with COFRAC requirements
• The inside of the bags are compartmentalized, but totally modular.
• Samples can be stored for up to 6 hours at controlled temperature.

• Exterior is coated with water resistant polyester and easy to clean
• Reinforced and secured double guide zip
• 1 zippered mesh pocket

• The interior is completely modular in 4 or 10 compartments thanks to a hook-and-loop fastening system
• Equipped with double polyurethane insulation with a thickness of more than 10mm
• A net for housing therein a eutectic plate and/or a temperature probe

Samples can be stored for more than 6 hours at controlled temperatures.
