Specifications:

Neutral polyester outer layer thickness 12 µ + low density polyethylene thickness 40 µ closed cell insulating polyethylene foam, thickness 0.8 to 1.5 mm inner layer and white low density polyethylene separator, food grade, thickness 30 µ zip closure.

Custom printing, high-resolution double-sided flexography up to 10 colors.

Description:

Our insulated bags allow to avoid thermal shocks during the transport of heat-sensitive products (vaccines, eye drops, specific treatments…) from the place of delivery to the home.

The addition of a eutectic gel refrigerated between +2°c and +8°c makes it possible to reinforce the thermal properties of the pouch and the inner separating film makes it possible to avoid direct contact between the product and the gel, thus avoiding any thermal shock.

Customizable, they represent an excellent communication medium aimed at alerting and sensitizing the user on the right gestures or reflexes to adopt to respect the cold chain.

Utilisation:

• Transport of heat-sensitive products from the place of delivery (pharmacy, hospital, laboratory…) to the home and from the home to the place of administration.
• Insert the heat-sensitive product into the pouch on one side of the separator and then the eutectic gel previously refrigerated between +2°c and +8°c in the other compartment. Remove the product from the pouch for storage in the refrigerato
